PROPOSAL FOR PLACEMAKING: NORTH STRADBROKE ISLAND’ @ Mooloomba Reserve (next to Look Café) 2012

Luke Kidd transforms and extends our understanding of place using performance, sound and video. The natural environment of North Stradbroke Island provides him with imagery and material for this intimate installation, and his performance explores the ways in which non-aboriginal people create familiarities and the impact these have on the natural landscape.
