Changing Winds

At Home Beach on shore winds from the north turn the ocean a choppy aqua colour with wave peeks white frothy and erratic. It is a sign that the beach will have blue bottles awash on it’s shores. Unsuspecting tourists for whom the island visit is a first, know not what they are diving into. Linear stings across their naked bellies, blue tendrils wrapped around their thighs and ankles leaving noose like marks, and babes screaming. Not a nice howdy doody.
